on our trip we visited friends in Amish Country. and I got to pretend to be a tourist take pictures. :)
most of them were taken through windows or as we were driving, and these were some of the best.
and just sayin' they [the amish] make the best strawberry pie and homemade ice cream I've ever tasted.

Hello, thanks for your comment ;) there are actually many kinds of Amish, and we visited both the really conservative (no electric style) and the kind with cell phones, and electric. The last picture was taken when we were visiting the less conservative Amish. Actually, both sets of my grandparents were Amish, and my father grew up Amish as a very young boy. :D
